RSD, plantar fasciitis, heel spur

I have had one sympathetic nerve block 2 wks ago and no help..made it worse so last monday had lumbar cort inj/1 great until today! what else to do? do not see podiatrist and anesrhesiol. until thursday! i have bad Plantar Fasciitis and heel spur for almost one year and now everything hurt!!! in a walking boot since september! my doc is taking it slow...is he too slow?? any sugestions?//
