RSD Help

I has surgery on my right foot 2 1\2 years ago now I am told it is RSD very painful so swollen my toes do no touch the floor walking is very difficult my shoe will not go on the right foot and driving is out so my job is about lost as my doctor will do nothing except prescribe vicodin until I have the SCS ( Spinal Cord Simulation) done which the trial period is very expensive even with insurance and there are no guarantees. I have been told the RSD could be from the Tarsal tunnel surgery on my ankle or where the big toe was broken and pinned from the bunion surgery. any suggestions
