RSD Ischemic Colitis Connection

RSD Ischemic Colitis Connection

I've had RSD for 12 yrs with wildly fluctuating symptoms including nerve pain and autonomic dysfunction which brings on bouts of severe hypertension. I also have central apnea and haven't been able to find a mask that's small enough to keep my machine from beeping all night.

Recently, I had a 2nd bout of ischemic colitis, apparently caused from one of my heart valves malfunctioning.

Any ideas as to whether any of this c/b connected in any way?  Along with the colitis episode I've had a resurgence of nerve pain in my feet and legs, and hypertension.

Thanks for any help you can be.  Incidentally, my fingernails are all coming detached from the nailbeds as well - this has been happening for several years, and some of them are almost off.  Could this also be related to heart trouble?  I'm a 48 y/o female.
