Random 'fuzzy' feelings?

Random 'fuzzy' feelings?

I was just curious if anyone else has this.  It's not a big deal, but whenever I try to sleep or sometimes even sitting I get random fuzzy feelings that come and go especially when I'm relaxed and then move slightly.

Today it was especially annoying, so I went and bought a Vit B12 supplement, I get nervous of those things because it does say it's like 4100% of the Daily Value.  However, it seemed to help me more so with my mind though than the nerves.

I did overcome pretty bad hypothyroidism (I even had a goiter), by changing my diet from spinach to more salty/fatty things (specifically iodized salt), so I don't think it has to do with my thyroid especially since my beginning symptoms were a cough (even though it didn't feel like a cold, and muscle twitchiness).  The only remaining 'sign' from that I still notice is my stool is oddly colored once in awhile.

I was also wondering if high cortisol levels can play a part in overactive nerves.

Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
These feelings in your head could be due to low blood sugar, low blood pressure, and lack of sleep, anemia and dehydration. Please make sure that you are well rehydrated, eat on time and take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Please be careful when you take supplements, make sure you are taking just the right amount and not in excess.
Take care!
