Random tremors/seizures along with other things, please help!!

Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone else is having issues with random tremors/seizures? Right now my mother is having issues with tremors/seizures and other thing (posted below).  I have been trying to find more information but the forums I dont are all old post from 2009 and older, so I am just trying to find some updated informatin on this issue.

Right now she has been having issues with tremors/seizures coming at random, and do not last to long, I have seen 1-20 minutes.  She does kinda black out during these times and has some memory loss of what happened, she knows she had a spell "we are calling it for now" but never knows what went on during these time. Her speach sometimes is also slurred or stuttered as well. She has also talked about eye sight issues after but I am unsure if its more of a glaze for her or not. Sometimes she is a pain in her head and she has been told that is a cluster headache which might be making her have these issues.  We just seen the doctor yesterday after she was rushed to the hospitial from having a espisode and they told her she might of had a stroke or maybe its an anxiety attack.  We are still all unsure, but er seizures/tremor are getting worse/stronger so any information would help me at this time, since her doctors and neuro doc is still lost as well. Also we have done about 5 MRI and 2 CT Scans in the last 4 months and it always comes back normal they say. So please any info would help!!

Thank you!!

So an EEG should be the next step in testing you think? She has had a number of MRI's and CT Scans over the last 4 months and they always come back telling us everything looks normal. She is setup for an EEG next month so maybe we will not more by then

Hi there. Apart from cluster headaches, you need to be  investigated for demyelinating disorder called multiple sclerosis. You have visual symptoms, speech impediment, tremors, headaches etc. All these overlap in multiple sclerosis.  MRI may show white plaques of demyelination.  Electrophysiological testing, evoked potentials may show delay if improper nerve functioning, and cerebrospinal fluid examination my reveal certain cells and chemicals or oligoclonal bands suggestive of MS. Hope this helps. Take care.
