Rapid heartbeat

While lying on my side in bed my heart starts pounding.  If I change position to my back, it seems to stop.  This does this intermittenly.  But it wakes me up when it happens, and it is scary.

Exercise or exertion ,Large meal ,Emotion ,Nervousness ,Anxiety ,Fear ,Fever
High blood pressure ,Low blood pressure ,Congestive heart failure ,Prior heart attack
Asthma ,Anemia ,Hyperthyroidism ,Panic attack ,Panic disorder ,Certain stimulating substances include: Excess adrenaline ,Nicotine ,Caffeine ,Illicit drugs ,Certain medications ,Potassium deficiency (type of Mineral deficiency) ,Vitamin B deficiency
Excessive dieting ,Arrythmias ,Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia ,Paroxysmal atrial tachycardia ,Atrial fibrillation ,Ventricular fibrillation .
