Rashes, Tingling, Headaches, and other symptoms

Hello my name is Amanda I am a 27 year old female . A little after I turned 22 I started having weird occurances of medical issues. Headaches started to become migraines( I now wake up with a headache every morning and if i do not take anything for them right away it will turn into a migraine), I also went through about a 3 month period of loosing my hair that has now stopped, I do not have a butterfly rash but my face has more of a reddish tint around my nose and checks that area itches and is dry, I have had a harder time breathing latley( which can be from me smoking), i have this horrible rash in my axillary area that reaches up from the side of my breats about 9 inches up and 3 inches wide the rash has been there for 4yrs now and itches like crazy it can go from being flakey and dry from raised, cracking,bleeding, and moist( with in the last few days it has been leaking a clear fluid which has been horrible), about a year ago I developed spots on my foot that look like blood spots there is about 7 of them and they have not gone away. I have been the emergancy room twice in the last few years thinking I was having a heart attack but nothing was wrong I thought it may be anxiety and these episodes are getting worse with my heart fluttering so bad that I get extremely dizzy. I have been urinating a more than normal amount and its about 10-13 times in a 12hrs period and there seems like maybe a clear fatty substance may be in my urine( i thought maybe something like cellular debris but i don'tknow what that looks like) I have sharp pains undermy rib cage that goes straight throught to my lower back everyday. My joints hurt from my fingers down to my toes( my hips, knees, ankles and wrists are the worst), somedays if i move my head it feels like my brain is not attached( i know crazy thats the only way i can explain it), my stomache is always upset, im dizzy, vision goes in and out all the time, i go through seconds of just zoning out i guess you would call it at least 15 times a day, and tingling all over my body lately its been on the right side of my head like i had goosebumps. Some little tests I have had has shown a slighlty elevated urvic acid and elevated lipid panel. i'm sure i have forgotten something but these are the main ones that bother me. thank you .
