I was recently told I have a b1 deficiency - 2.5.  I am a bit concerned about this.  I've been experiencing wierd sensations, some which originate between my shoulder blades and feel like a wave motion going up my back into my head.  At other times it starts in my head and feels like my brain is shaking and goes downward.  I have also had two instances where this wave sensation manifasted itself into and actual slow rythmic shaking progressing downward from head to feet while lying down that was visible to me.  Thankfully I was not standing up!  Could this be a symptom of B1?  Is there a name for this?  Also, I have been checked for b12 but could I have normal blood levels and somehow not be utilizing or absorbing it properly?  Thank you so much.
