I posted previously with "Head Pain and abnormal pupils" on 4/18/99.
I had an MRI/MRA and everything seemed ok except for a retention cyst
in my Maxillary Sinus.  Not much was mentioned and I was
wondering if I need to do anything about this?
Thank You
Also since my post on 4/18/99 I have had a migraine with aura could
that possibly have anything to do with the symptoms I described on
my 4/18 post?

Maxillary sinus retention cysts are common. The reason no one makes much of them is that they are benign. If they ever cause problems, it would be something that an ENT specialist might know about, but it would not affect the brain.
It would not be expected to cause abnormal pupils.
It probably is not responsible for your head pain unless it is a really good pattern for sinus headache, and even then I'd wonder. Most headaches come from a source that you cannot find on MRI (tension-type, migraine, etc).
I hope this helps. CCF MD mdf.
