Pulmonary arteriovenous fistula/Syringomelia. I underwent decompression/partial laminectomy C1/duraplasty brain surgery Dec 30 last year. The surgery was a success as far as most of my symtoms were relieved and my flow study showed

Here I am 7 months later with all of my symtoms returned and a few new ones to add to it. My current worst symptoms are: excrutiating headaches, imbalance, nauseau, and tingling/heat/pain and
numbnessNumbness and tingling in my
handsHand or foot spasms
Hand tremor, feet and legs.
I had a repeat MRI/flow study done. It showed restricted fow. They believe that it is caused by scar tissue. Could scar tissue form that quickly? Could it have been, instead, a bleed after surgery,and the collected blood? I was informed that removal of the scar tissue was not the best option, as it would regrow. I have a spinal tap next week to see the level of my
