Dear Mr. Ramirez:
The Gamma Knife usually treats patients for brain tumors and other functional disorders such as Parkinson's Disease when medical therapy is exhausted.  At the current time, the Gamma Knife treats epilepsy only on an experimental basis.  You could check with the Gamma Knife Center in Mexico at the Unidad Gamma, Hospital San Javier in Guadalajara at 52-3-669-0222.  Good Luck.
