I have had MS for 27 years and had the same problems as you.  I started
taking baclofen about 8 years ago. I grew a tolerance for it and it no
longer could stop the spacticity.  I had  new proceedure done on me called
a baclofen implant.  They implanted a baclofen pump into my abdomen and it
adminsters the baclofen (in much less dose) right directly into my spine.
I'm now very loose and feel great and recommend you talk to your doctor about
this procedure.  When I got my pump they had only done 9 in the whole of
Northern California.
