Hi, I have had nerve type pains (some pretty bad) since dental work. I have seen many docs and no answers. One neurosurgeon said that my pains had to be caused by neuromas on the nerves since my pains all seemed to of started with dental work. He told me to get alcohol blocks or glycerol injections in my mouth. He looked at a Year old MRI and I saw the report showing a dominant vertebral artery extending into the left cerebellopontine angle cistern below the V nerve. Is this a neuroma?  Can another neurosurgeon remove neuromas?  I want this pain gone now!.....Thank You....I am tooo scard to get these injections in my mouth...Do not know what alcohol can do to me..
Don't get the glycerol injections, they can cause more trouble. Neuromas I have read can't be removed.
