Dear Attila:
It is difficult to make precise neurological sense of your very numerous symptoms. The commonest situation in which such a combination occurs is anxiety, which causes a heightened perception of body sensations. However, it is very important that a major or serious underlying medical or neurologial disorder be reasonably excluded with a good physical examination and appropriate tests before all your symptoms are attributed to anxiety.
You need to see a good MD or a neurologist.
