I posted March 17th SLS about neck shoulder and headache. I am still in PT and still do not feel relief?  I am trying all ways to avoid surgery. Is the possiblity that my neck could, above and below the fusion be getting worse?  Since an MRI is out of the question what other test would tell my doctor the reason for my pain?  My lower back feels a little better but I am still not able to walk any distance without the pain increasing, as long as I rest I feel just OK. I had two Epidurals last month for siatic (sciatic) and this did help, I feel it comming back, how long does this last.  I do not want to have to rely on meds to feel OK either.  Surgery might not even make the pain go away from what others have posted, this scares me.  I am single and need to work to survive.  I have tried to locate any information on my missing facet with no success.  Have you ever heard of such a thing?  Please let me know your feelings on my questions.
Thank You
