I am 27 and have a mild case of CP on the right side,
causing calf tightness and sometimes slight spasticity.
My right foot has a very high arch - probably from
walking on the ball and tight foot muscles.
Is rhizotomy a viable corrective procedure for my right leg?
Any suggestions as I train for a marathon?

The option of rhizotomy sounds quite drastic for someone who has such a mild
case of CP, the procedure is quite drastic involving the permanent severing of
nerves and has been only used in severe cases of CP with spasticity, some
workers who have explored outcomes in this field have commented that the
procedure is of limited benefit in milder cases.
Since you only have intermittent spasticity and are sufficiently functional to
consider training for a marathon I suspect you would not be a good
candidate for this option.
