My husband was diagnosed with Shy Drager Syndrome.  
It is a subset of Multiple Systems Atrophy.
One determining symptom is orthostatic hypotension, i.e. when lying
  down, blood pressure is high.  Standing blood pressure is very low.
Other symptoms are bladder and bowel dysfunction.
Sometimes there is a tremor, but not always.
Difficulty in swallowing and talking is also a symptom.
Not everyone has all symptoms, but the blood pressure problem seems to
be the biggie.
