I guess I was in a cloud when I posted my article on 9-24 as I did not explain enough!
When I referred to the feeling like a 'nagging, naughing headache', I left out this was the was the way my muscles on my ENTIRE  right side feel.  I don't have a real problem with headaches very often.  From the base of my head, down my arm, hand, fingers, down my back, shoulder ,hip, thigh, calf, foot and toes.  I mean the ENTIRE right side.  By the end of the day my muscles hurt, ace and throb so bad that sometimes all my meds, a hot bath and BenGay rub down don't do a thing for it. My muscles are down right worn out by the end of the day on this  side of my body even if I was in bed all day!  I not only feel pain, aching, burning feeling but alot of stiffness especially by the end of the day.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated?
I have been on Paxil, Serzone now Zoloft.  I was changed due to the affects of the Paxil mixed with my Ultram caused hallucinations (thanks to you all, this was figured out).  Serzone made me ache all over. I have had very few side affects from the Zoloft so Psyc. seems pleased. When my Neuro lst started me on Paxil I had noticed a lessening of the pain on my right side and even could sleep in bed instead of the floor.  He said Paxil can have a pain relieving affect.  My Psyc. does'nt want to change the pain med as Ultram is less addictive than others but I feel like I will suggest giving Paxil another try to control this pain and take the hydrocodone only as needed for bad pain so I do not become addicted to it. What do you think?
Dear MS'r,
Some of your symptoms could be due to fatigue.  This is frequently a complaint in patients with MS; its cause is unknown.  Amantadine may have an ameliorating effect.  Discuss this option with your doctor.  Good Luck.

I did have a Rheum. diag as FM and Osteoarthritis knowing I also had MS. If you feel they are MS related to fatigue, why only the one side?  What tests if any could confirm this?
