To date only one such case has ben reported in the scientific literature, it was performed on June 23 1998,
on a 62 year old lady in the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and reported in The Lancet on July 11, 1998, Volume 352, page 119.
The investigators were Dr Douglas Kondziolka and Dr Lawrence Wechsler so these would be the people to whom you should write.
This was the very first patient of twelve in a very preliminary trial, so general application is years away if it ever succeeds.
