The Diamond headcahe clinic is a great place for the treatment of stubborn headache problems including post-traumatic headache. As you did not state where you live, it is hard to recommend soemone local. I would suggest you contact each of the 3 following organizations who may have affiliated physician lists and might be able to suggest someone close to your home. They are:

2. Brain Trauma Foundation   523 East 72nd St. New York, NY 10021; phone [phone]; ask for Peter Quinn
3. Head Injury Hotline/ The Phoenix Project; P.O. Box 84151 Seattle, WA 98144; phone [phone]; ask for Constance Miller; this organization specifically advertises referrals as one of its services; they also have e-mail:  brain @headinjury.com, and a web page at http://www.headinjury.com/brain.
the Cleveland Clinic does not have anyone who specializes specifically in the treatment of head trauma and post-concussive syndrome, although we do have one of the world's best known headache doctor's Dr. Thomas Kunkel, who practices at the Cleveland Clinic Headache Center. The appointment number for this center is 1-800-223-2273--- ask to be connected to neurology headache clinic appointments at extension 45559.
Good Luck in finding someone to help you deal with this stubborn problem, and be realistic in your expectations--- not even the best "expert" will be able to wave a magic wand and fix this very notoriously stubborn problem.
