I have been having what I call "near fainting spells" I don't how else to describee thes episodes.    These episodes last only a second or two but they can happen every two minutes or sometimes its like three in five minutes.  And this can happen all day long.  I feel as it I'm about to faint, this funny feeling (it feels like electricity) comes over my whole body and its so sudden sometimes I cry out because its so intense. I become very weak, I have to lean against something to keep from falling, I can't move.  I just lose myself for that second or two and I have headache with it, blurred vision and a nauseaous feeling in my stomach.  I feel very tired afterwards and usually have to rest.  My PCP did tests for my heart which were negative.   I went to see a neurologist and he said that these are nothing neurological.  He had me to touch my finger to my nose and  did not order any other tests. I went to this same neuro for the severe headaches before and he said migraines - again without ordering any tests and no medication.  Any idea what this could be.  What should I do next.   When these episodes happen, I totally incapacitated for the day.  Thank you!
