Thanks for your reply, but there are things I don't really understand (sorry)

The symptoms you describe are not entirely typical, a lacunar infarction
can, if strategically placed cause speech and language problems, however
it is not a common pattern of involvement.
What do you mean? Is the memory problem strange with a lacunar infarction?

MRI versus MRA
What is an MRA scan? Is it possible to have this done despite having a pacemaker? The reason why they performed a CT scan instead of a MRI. Is it worth the risk (if any) to make a MRI despite the pacer?
BTW: the vessels in the neck (don't know proper expression) are clean.
