Ready for answers!

Would love feedback! I'm going in for a nerve conduction study tomorrow. My symptoms over the past several months are: tingling and numbness in hands and feet, lower lip, sore achey (achy) wrists, hands ankles, feet, knees, mild fatigue, feet burning and opposite feet and body so cold hard to warm, tingly weird feeling all over body at once, 3 panic attacks, light headed spacey feeling at times, a couple really bad headaches, body areas that have twitched. Hope someone can help. Started all the routine testing so far thank the Lord they're coming back normal. Hoping to get answers soon before more debt piles up ughhh!

Well, without a detailed clinical valuation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include neuro-muscular causes such as neuropathies/ myopathies, nerve irritation by growths/ masses, infections/ inflammations, micronutrient deficiencies, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities, vascular issues, a few granulomatous conditions etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by an internist or a neurologist. Nerve conduction studies would help identify nerve related causes. After a specific cause is identified, it can be managed accordingly.
