Red Scrotum, Whole Left Side, Up To Penis

HI,
Ive been noticing my whole left side of scrotum, left testicle all the way up to the top of penis, what is separated by the "Vesling's line", turns red, especially after masturbation.. Could somebody explain if this is troublesome or just normal? I also notice my Vesling's line is not completely in the middle of scrotum, it tilts more towards to right side.. also, my left testicle seems to be lower and bigger than my right,Even under my shaft, it cuts in half and turns red on the left side. .the line that separates the scrotum is not even its more to the right side, so there is like excess of skin, I wanna know if its normal to have red scrotum especially after masturbation. I don't experience any pain, im 20/yo.Any help would be extremely appreciated.
