Red feet

my wife sustained a fall four months ago. Since then, when she takes a hot shower, her feet turn blood red. Also, if she sits too long, her feet will turn nearly blue (cyanotic). She also experiences constant burning pain in her ankles and tingling (pins and needles) down the back of the leg from the top of the thigh.
She has seen about 8 doctors now and none have come up with a conclusive diagnosis. Is this problem more likely to be purely neurological or neurovascular?
Tests conducted so far include MRA, MRI, arterial bilateral duplex. Attempted treatment of Epidural in Coccx area was unsuccessful.
