Reduced visual detail/involuntary facial movements/slight reduced speech

I have been experiencing reduced color detail/color acuity (when looking at a dark picture I can barely make out a face as if my vision is out of contrast, hue is off on certain colors) sometimes I feel pressure at the front of my head/slight aching in the eyes. Also slight involuntary facial movements (for instance when I look down my upper lip will move/cheek will twitch) .My speech is very slightly impaired as when reading I sometimes mispronounce words I never used to mispronounce on the first try. I get pins and needled very easily on my arms and legs or sometimes i feel a burning sensation(takes 3-5 minutes to experience pins/needles sensation).I occasionally get palpitations though it has minimized in the past 2 weeks. I hope this is not the begining of Multiple Sclerosis as my father has had for the past 20 years. I would like some advice on what this could be and what I should do about it(I had a dilated eye Retina checkup, Retina Specialist told me he could see nothing wrong), Thank You in advance.

I am NO physician.

Have you had any imaging done?  i.e. MRI?

No haven't had any imaging done, only went to that one Opthamologist which I paid out of pocket since i had no insurance. Didn't have any insurance until yesterday  think I may go to ER tommorow.

I would recommend starting with imaging and take it from there.  Could be a number of things besides MS, but definitely have MS ruled out.
