Reoccuring hand and foot pain

my daughter has had reoccuring pain and swelling in her hands and feet over the past few years.
At its worst she crawled on her knees and elbows to get places.  The pain comes without the swelling at times.
Doctors say it is not lupus or RA.  Rheumatologist and dermotologist couldn't help. Immunologist we have seen, they don't know either, we will seen them again.
The episodes started within two weeks of receiving her meningitis vaccine. She says pain feels like it is in whatever holds joints and muscles together and other times everything in her hands and feet hurt.

I don't know how old your daughter is, if she's young, she should be seen by a pediatric rhuematologist who will check her for Juvenile RA. Children usually test negative, but can still have this problem. It took 2 1/2 years before my daughter was diagnosed at the age of 5. Why are you going back to see an Immunologist? I can tell you that if your daughter tells you she thinks it's whatever is holding the joints together, it is probably not JRA; the reason for that is because no matter how hard a doctors tries to convince a child that the pain is somewhere other than a joint, the child will not agree with them. Have you considered seeing an orthopedic doctor? The problem your daughter is having may be found in that field of medicine.
