Help on my Cervical MRI in the Impression area it is listed
1. Broad based Osteophytic ridging and left uncovertebral hypertrophy at c5-6 resulting in mild to moderate narrowing of the left neural foramen. The right neural faramen is patent.
2. Small right paracentral disc protrusion at c3-4 without spinal stenious or neural foraminal stenious.

also listed for c5-6 there is a small posterior disc osteophyte complex effacing the thecal sac anteriorly, but resulting in no impringement on cord.


This discussion is related to posterior end plate osteophytic ridging.
