Right Pupil Dilated for a Couple Months

I have taken Celexa in the past, but stopped taking it when I became pregnant.  I had gestational diabetes and continue to have diabetes.  I also have hypothyroidism. I had a baby 5 months ago.  A month after the baby was born, I filed for a divorce (my husband was stepping out).  As you can imagine, I have been under a great deal of stress.   Four and half months ago, I began taking Celexa again.  Four months ago, I had a swollen lymph node.  I took a full round of antibiotics and it didn't go away.  My physician sent me to a specialist.  By the time I saw the specialist, the lymph node had decreased in size.  The specialist wasn't too worried and said it was probably from a virus.  Three months ago, I noticed that my right pupil was notibly larger than the left.  I noticed this in a room where the lighting was dim.  I went to my life-long Optometrist.  He noted the change in pupil size, as I had never had uneven pupils before.  He did a serious of tests and my eyes checked out just fine.  I am now being referred to a Neurologist.  The appointment is over a month away.  I am extremely worried, as I have been told the worst case scenarios.  Any suggestions as to how I should proceed?
