Right Side Deterioration

I am a 50 year old male with good health, no diabetes, do not drink alcohol, smoke, drugs, etc. I walk, hike, run, take OTC multivitamins, antioxidants, B-Vitamins, etc. I am in good shape and not overweight. I do regular low-impact exercises, at home. I have never had any injuries, at all.
I have had lower back issues in the past, and I had an L5/S1 laminectomy about ten years ago. No problems since, although I am noticing some ‘movement’ in that area again. While a concern, it doesn’t cause any extreme pain, and is remediable.
Over the past year I have a general pain and deterioration of the right side of my body. It starts at the base of the skull, and goes all the way down to the underside of my right foot. Starting at the top, I wake up with dull headaches, that last all day, I have intense pain at the base of my skull, right Eustachian tube issues (they vibrate when I sleep, causing me to wake up and turn over to my right side), right shoulder pain, right neck pain, right hip pain, and intense right plantar pain (fasciitis?). The latter was very intense the other night, in my sleep, that it caused me a general lack of sleep.
I have always (since childhood) noticed that the right side of my body has been problematic, with poorer vision in my right eye and hearing in my right ear.
Now, at this age, I am more concerned, and things seem to be deteriorating.
My work involves sitting at a desk, although I am very conscious of the issues surrounding that, and I stretch and strengthen as best I can.
Stretching seems to work best, but it has limitations. Heating pads don’t seem to relieve any symptoms, especially in my neck, but they are comforting.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have not seen a doctor about this, since it seems like an ‘ill-defined’ issue.
Richard

I am African-American male with same problem on right side. I,concluded after visiting several doctors that the C-4 disk in the back of my neck may be a variable to why the right side of my body is behaving the way it is. No proof, just my conclusion.

I'm a 43 year old woman that have always worked out and ate healthy. I take multivitamins and antioxitants. I too am experiencing deterioating on my left side. I have actually stopped working out this past month because it seemed to be worse after workout. My left knee and arm get a pain and tightness. I get congestion in left nostril and around right eye and a headache and tight pain in top back left head. I've been told that estrogen governs left side and progesterone governs right side of body and there could be issues with levels or receptor sites. Been to doctors and nobody can help me or tell me anything. I'm praying for healing for us all.

I am experiencing the exact same symptoms... Even the severe plantar fasciitis, we a podiatrist diagnosed and confirmed by xrays that my left foot is significantly deteriorated compared to my right. So I'm experiencing all of your symptoms, except it is my LEFT side that is "deteriorating." I too haven't been to a doctor because it seems ill defined. I'm desperate for answers. Please let me know if you have learned anything about your condition. Best of luck to you.
