Right side Neuropathic burning, low wbc, night sweats. What is it?

I am a medical mystery. For the past 3 years, I have suffered with drenching night sweats. I am also neutropenic, with low wbc's and low neutrophils. In March 2011, I became very ill with right side face, neck and flank burning. I could not stop shaking, my vision was blurred and my cortisol levels were through the roof. After an 8 day hospitalization, I slowly began to improve.

Today, I still experience right side neuropathy. I have burning in my right flank and over my right eye, and it's especially worse at night. The drenching night sweats do not cease.

My doctor is completely stumped. I have undergone a multitude of tests (ANA, ANKA, CBCs, Spine MR, Brain MR, endocrine, parasites, etc, etc,). Everything keeps coming up normal (except for my low wbc's). My neuropathy is currently being managed by medication.

This makes no sense. I am a female, mid-thirties, thin and otherwise healthy. I do not normally get sick. I have a good appetite and lots of energy. I do not have any depression or anxiety issues.

If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it.
