Right side tingling and mild numbness

Right side tingling and mild numbness

I am a 23-year-old female that has been experiencing periodic altered sensation in the right side
of my body (cheek, hand, arm, and leg) for a little over a month now. I have been to see my doctor twice regarding this condition and she cannot explain why this might be happening. This is extremely alarming to me, as two years ago, I received a false diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, which was disproved by an MRI.

The numb/tingling feeling comes and goes and is sometimes combined with a feeling of disembodiment. I will often have days at a time when I experience no symptoms. One possible explanation that was given to me is that I have recently stopped taking SSRIs for anxiety and depression and that this could be attributed to withdrawal or anxiety attacks. I work a very stressful job and live alone, which certainly doesn't help with he level of stress/anxiety I encounter. Also, it seems that most of the time I deal with the symptoms, they follow a difficult situation

I drink and smoke moderately often, but seldom to excess. I am willing to cut back or stop either if it might help. I am currently in counseling to address my generalized anxiety disorder, but I wonder if this condition is not somehow neurologically triggered.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.
