Rocky Mountain Spotted fever/ MR interpretation

I am a 53 y.o female.  I have been having joint aches, and weakness along with fatigue and depression for about 2 or 3 years.
Recently they symptoms have become worse and
I have begun having migraine headaches, blurred or double vision in my right eye, short term memory loss and sometimes confusion with words.
My family practicioner did a bunch of blood tests.  My ANA was elevated and I had a high C-reactive protein and sed rate 6 months ago.  I was negative for Lymes but positive for Rocky Mountain spotted fever. I do not ahve actgive fever or rash symptoms.
I have high blood pressure and had ecclampsia with  my second baby.
A recent MRI of my brain without contrast revealed
a few scattered punctate 3 to 4 mm T2/FLAIR hyperintense foci withini the left peritrigonal white matter, left anterior thalamus, right posterolateral thalamus and left mid temporal  lobe white m atter.
The impression was that it might be caused by inflammatory entities i.e. Lyme disease and vasculitides.

My question is as Ididn't test positive for Lymes and I never remember being bit by a tick for either Lyme or Rocky Mtn Spotted fever is
Would Rocky Mtn cause these lesions?
DOes anyone know of a riocky Mtn Spotte dfever specialist or research group?  It seems the docs here are familiar with Lyme disease which is pretty common here as well as in my old home area, but no one seems to know what to do about RMSF if it is not in the active fever stage.
