: My one year old son has all the classic symptoms of Roseola (fever followed by rash, etc).  These symptoms were also, however, accompanied by diarrhea and lethergy, which are not necessaraly indicative of Roseola.  Should I be concerned?

Peter,
It is a few days now since you posted. Certainly, by now your son is well and you already have sought help otherwise.  Although the question is probably best answered by a general pediatrician rather than a neurologist, you were correct in that diarrhea is not classically a part of Roseola.  Lethargy in any child, especially a one year old is concerning.  The high fever that precedes the rash in roseola can make children quite ill at times, but listlessness and lethargy should be evaluated by a pediatrician as soon as possible.  Further, the diagnosis of Roseola also should be confirmed by a physician since certain other less benign conditions also are associated with high fevers and rash.
So, your concerns are well-founded.  Consult your physicians, especially if the child still has symptoms.
Hope everything turned out well.
