Rouleaux formation as far as I know means clumping of red blood cells in the blood slide, and can be caused by increased proteins in the blood (eg due to an infection). 'Normochromic and normocytic' describes the
normalNormal saline flush appearance of a single red blood cell.
An elevated white count and
ESREnd-stage kidney disease
Esr is non-specific but may indicate an active infection. The
TSHPituitary and tsh
Tsh is hard to interpret without other thryoid function tests but may be artifially low in the setting of an infection or other illness.
I would attend or call your family internist to obtain a formal interpretation of the results and any appopriate treatment
