SFN, had ALL the tests done! Now what?

I was diagnosed with SFN on may 08, my symptoms go back 3 years. I just finished the complete battery of tests including autonomic and LP, and the results were within normal parameters, dont get me wrong, Im so happy for those results, but what now? I STILL FEEL SICK! and cant ignore it, my quality of life is not the same! but so far there is no treatment for me, I feel dissapointed. I just wish there was some magic pill or treatment,  Im young married with 2 small children, I cant imagine living my whole life depending on pain killers (tramadol, vicodin)!
Im kind of frustrated, any suggestions????

By the way 2 weeks ago I had the LP, the proceddure was not painfull at all, but after 24h of being flat on my back I still got POST DURAL SINDROME (syndrome), I had the most horrible migranes (migraines), nausea and vomited so many times I had to go to the ER to have 2 IVs and pain killers, I still have headaches when I change position and nausea plus everything else related to SFN.
