SFN, BFS, or Anxiety

I am a 38 male. For the last 13 months I have been suffering a combination of sharp stabbing pains, pins and needles in both my hands and feet as well as a burning feeling up my legs and arms. I have also noticed muscle twitches in my calves, and more lately in my right arm and even more recently twitches of my lipp and scalp. I do not believe I have any muscle weakness as I am able to excercise to my usual capacity. To top it off I also have IBS. I have seen 2 neurologists who both have advised that my symptoms are not consistent with SFN  but rather appear to more anxiety related as I have had a number of recent stresses in my life. In addition the neuropathic pain has over the period waxed and waned. I have also had blood tests, MRI and a Nerve Conduction test - all came back normal.  At teh moment I am on 20 mg of Endep which whilst helping me sleep at night is not assisting with the pain I feel during the day.
Questions:
1. Does this sound like SFN ?
2. Can BFS cause neuropathic pain
3.  CAn anxiety cause neuropathic pain like symptoms

Any assistance greatly appreciated
