SHOCKWAVE IN UPPER EXTREMETIES, ANYONE KNOW WHAT IT IS?

IM NOT EXACTLY SURE WHAT IT IS, BUT I HAVE "SHOCKWAVE' LIKE EPISODES THAT ARE PAINFUL.I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TRIGGERS IT.MAINLY MY ARMS AND UPPER EXTREMITIES.I FEEL DRAINED AFTERWARDS.YEARS AGO I HAD ELECTIC SHOCK TESTS TO MY ARM, AND THOS OS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE.I JUST NEED SOME ANSWERS AND IF IT IS SOMETHING TO BE CONCERNED WITH.CAN ANYONE HELP?

hey, i'm new to this - your choice topic caught my eye... I don't know if you have had other symptoms similar to this before or if this is bran spankin new?...
so I will let you know that i am only in the minors.  Meaning,I have been diagnosed with familial tremors.  If you are in deed experiencing what i think it is it might feel along the lines as a cross between being eletricuted and being kicked in the chest.
please correct me if im wrong. From my experience my arms have spasmed in close to my body, with this tension of nearly every muscle in the torso pulls in. At the same time a charge of pain pierces throughyou  like its intention is to ring every ounce of oxygen from you.
