I'm not sure what you mean by a blood
clotBlood clots on your cerebral artery - of course a blood clot in the brain can cause a variety of neurological complaints, depending on where it is situated
Its difficult to tell what might be going on with the information you provide. Your doctor may want to perform some general blood tests to look for a systemic illness such as a thyroid disorder, or autoimmune condition. Whole body turning, can be from a focal seizure, so an EEG would be a useful test to perform. You should have a complete neurological examination, and if focal features are found you would need a brain MR scan. Migraines can produce a variety of symptoms as well as headache, but other conditions need to be excluded first
A general neurologist might be a good place to start.
