SUPERIOR SAGITTAL THROMBOSIS

My wife (pregnant at the time) was taken to the ER at a community hospital with (2) separate documented complaints of a focal headache on the left side of her head, a 10/10 complaint of head pain,  active vomiting and blurred vision (given to two separate nurses).  She was treated for dehydration due to the fact the doctor felt her symptoms were pregnancy related.  The ER doctor documented "no blurred vision, patient complains of dizziness and actively vomiting (couldn't hold any fluids)".  he gave her a vicodin for her pain which worked for a half hour but her headache returned.  he sent us home with suppositories without investigating the blurred vision (visual acuity test or imaging test) and above listed symptons.  my wife and i returned 4 days later, she was diagnosed with SST and subsequently died 14 days later.  I would like to know for peace of mind whether a standard of care issue existed with this doctor.  aren't these symptoms a red flag for intracranial pressure.  thanks in advance for your reply.
