I have got a shoulder , neck and hand pain , for almost 3 months know. The pain normally comes and goes. I cannot sleep at night. I went to see my doctor ,k for which he said is related to cold and gave me a cold injection and Docol tablets to take. It has not improved yet and is getting worse now. Looks like somebody is poking the needles. When I sit the pain goes , but when I sleep the paining starts like hell.
Can you assist me please.

hi,please consult Neurologist for MRI spine investigation to rule out cervical spondolosis.Once this condition is ruled out one might think of other neurological issues.bye and take care!
