Scalp getting to much blood?

Hi, I  had some sort of an attack where I quit breathing for a min. after that I had some sort of an attack where my face looked like it was full of blood and a white streak down the middle of my forehead. since then I now have a red streak down the middle of my forehead and a red streak in my left eyebrow. also my scalp in the crown area is bloody red. The doc here says I'm getting to much blood flow to my scalp buy does not know why, or what test to do. Ive had a MRI and they found a small lesion (a T2W & FLAIR Hyperintense non-Enhancing White Matter in the left frontal .
They say it is of uncertain clinical significance, but I'm  wondering if I had a small stroke or a blood vessel is blocked? why would my scalp keep turning bloody red just in the crown area and down the middle of my forehead? PLEASE HELP if you have any info. Ive spent alot of money already and still no one knows. Thank You  Stephanie
