Scared and confused

I had a myelogram almost 3 weeks ago so that my insurance would approve my second back surgery. I am 41 and in good health except low back pain. I had the dye injected and the test finished. Approximately one hour following the injection of dye I was laying in short stay being observed and of course I had the usual slight headache and major pain and pressure in my low back and hips. This is when everything starts to go wrong my whole left side of my body went numb including my tongue and throat, I was unable to put my thoughts together or think straight. They admitted me to the hospital and did MRI's, More CT scans 2 days later they really had no answers so they called it an atypical migraine. But here I am 3 weeks later and no better. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I'm wondering if I should contact a lawyer

welcome to drs are idiots. I had a spinal fluid leak and they don't know if I still do. I had the same symptoms as you with the numbness and stroke symptoms. I still to this day don't know but I know it was all caused from my epidural turning spinal I think.

If I were you I would go to a different doctor and have them read your mris. it has been hell for me honestly. Migraine prevention medicine might help.
