  What kind of diseases can cause symptoms like schizophrenia has ? Do schizophrenics have organic symptoms either...like muscle pain, numbness,
  or fatigue, joint aches ?
  Thnx in advance.

=========================================================================
Any disease involving the temporal lobe of the brain can mimic schizoprhrenia,
the most common is temporal lobe epilepsy, but tumors and strokes in the
temporal lobe could also cause this type of picture.
Any disease causing hallucinations like alcohol or drug withdrawal or
strokes involving deep strucutres in the brain (peduncular hallucinosis)
can also be suggestive of schizophrenia.
A key differentiation factor is that schizophrenia tends to cause
auditory hallucinatios while the organic causes mentioned above tend
to cause visual symptoms / hallucinations.
The physical symptoms you mention are not a feature of the clinical
picture in schizophrenia.
