Sciatic Pain????

I have developed a series of pains. First off it started in the lower left abdominal region to the groin area and then spread to the lower back, thigh area, down fronts of thighs, and extremely tender down the side of thigh. My left side hurts worst but it has also started in my right side also. I am awakened in the night because my hips are killing me. I sleep on my sides and it aches. If I sit the pain in my lower back, thighs and legs is constantly bothering me. If a move around it is there but not as bad. If I'm sitting down and have to sneeze, it hurts to the point I have to say ooch out loud!
I went to the emergency room last week and the dr. said PMS. I know this is more than that. I did have blood tests done and urine tests and everything came back normal.
I went to the gynocologist because I thought maybe it was a woman thing but a physical exam and ultrasound the dr. concluded were normal and he stated that it was some kind of muscular pain.
I went to the chiropractor and he did his thing but it didn't help.
No body has suggested that this could be sciatic nerve and I have been reading about it and I would like to know if the symptoms I am having might suggest that it could be. Also, what dr. should I see to help me.
I would like to know if I should apply ice or heat and what pain reliever to take. My gyn. dr. gave me Darvoct - N but it made me hyper and made my stomach very sick and it really didn't help the pain.
Please help me I need some advice.
