Sciatica pain

I am having pain that starts in the crease where my leg joins my abdomen. I am wondering if this could be sciatica pain. It travels down my entire leg causing a terrible discomforting pain that does not seem to go away, although it does ease at times. I have a job where I sit at a computer 8 hours a day and this pain is almost more than I can stand at times.

Please let me know if this could be sciatica or if it could be some other problem. Also, any ideas how to help this is greatly appreciated. I have looked online and have tried several of their suggestions without much help.

I have sciata pain too. Try not sit for long periods, use a support pillow to the lumbar and ice packs help,also try do leg stretches.. this will help too.. good luck
