Sciatica

hi every1 i dont know if im in the rite forum but could some1 help me please im getting really anxious about the pains im having i do get it in my right buttocks and down my right leg to my foot and toes the most painfull spot though is on the right tide of my thigh its also tender to the touch my gp said it was my sciatic nurve causing the pain could some1 with experiance with this sort of thing olease help me because i have all sorts running through my head

There can be many causes of sciatica. I had it about 20 years ago and the doctors tried everything. I also tried acupuncture. Nothing worked. Then I started experimenting with vitamins. I found that relatively large doses of vitamin B1 cured my sciatica immediately and forever. Now this may not work for you. It did not work for my brother because it had to do with compression.

Anyway try the B1. Take 100 mg for about three days. If it doesn't work by the, it won't work at all. And if it does work - it is a cheap and harmless cure. It certainly was for me. (I continue to take a slightly high dose of B1.)
