Scoliosis, Sciatica, and Inversion

by attheendofmyrope, Jan 08, 2007 12:00AM
I am a 46 year old female who has just been told I have double scoliosis, which may be part of the reason for my sciatica. It is possible my spine is also trying to rotate. I am trying to find out if inversion could be helpful for this. I also have fibromyalgia and other health problems and was told that inversion could help with some of the pain I experience from them. I just want to be sure that inverting myself will not make the problems with the scoliosis worse.

Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

My husband has acoliosis and was told to use the inversion table as well.  We have not seen any positive or negative results.
