Seeing people that are not there. Medication related or MS?

I posted a more detailed posting but it cleared in full, must have hit a
wrong key?  Basically I have been diag. with MS for 12 yrs.  I have taken disab. recently due to the fatigue, right side muscle pain, memory and cognitive basically.   I am going to a Psy. for medication management as a ref. by my new Neuro (change of Ins. & who I have been very please with).
I am on the following medications daypro 600 mg x 2,norflex x1,ultram 50 mg x 2,zestril 10 mg x 1, Paxil 20 mg currently on 1 1/2.  The zestril and Paxil are new medications. Orig. I was on 2 Paxil a day but then started seeming a lady walking a dog on our evening walks that were not really there.  So I dropped back to 1 for awhile and she started me back up to 1 1/2 a day  so after 2-3 weeks saw someone come up to my house but my husb. said no one was there.  So dropped back to 1 a day for a month now  have up to 1 1/2 a day for the past week.  Psy. has asked me if it could me myself when younger or older and I told her no.  She told me can be an MS symptom did I know this, told her no.  I honestly feel like it is the medication as it has only happened the two times I was taking more than one Paxil.
Does anyone have any idea's on this matter for us? I am a very rationale and responsible person so I will not abuse you advise.
Thank you.
