Seeking Help, Suggestions

I am searching for help regarding my lower back pain and leg weakness/numbness. I got a MRI last week which revealed spinal stenosis and degenerative disk disease.

The results said:
At L2-L3, disk protusion contributes to a moderate central canal stenosis. A moderate right foraminal stenosis is present owing to foraminal disk bulging. There is mild left foraminal stenosis due to disk bulging.

At L3-L4, disk bulging leads to a mild central canal stenosis. There are moderate bilateral foraminal stenoses due to foraminal disc bulging.

At L4-L5, moderate bilateral foraminal stenoses are present owing to foraminal disk bulgings, facet overgrowth, and pedicile shortening.

I'd appreciate any help or suggestions. It's been very painful. :(

You can help the pain and weakness with pt, epidurals, pain pills, acupuncture, and traction. You need to strengthen your lower back and avoid lifting heavy objects and bending as much as possible. You have a nerve being pinched I would find out where exactly that is an ask the doctor what can be done about it and what limitations you have, traction and chiropractic care may help with that. Be sure to talk to any doctor you have and inform them of your back. Complex B-12 helps the nerves heal and Black cherry extract helps with swelling/arthritis. There is a chart on my profile that may be helpful to you. It is a nerve conduction chart and kind of lets you know what to look out for and problems you may have in the future if things get worse. Best of luck to you, if there is anything I can help you with just ask.I will answer to the best of my ability.
